Horse Shows

Stacey Longley started showing at a very young age, competing at local horse shows Western and English while playing in some pony club eventing. She moved on to the hunter ring and then to the jumper both at the A’s. After returning from Europe she started showing Dressage and competing on clients horses in a variety of disciplines and rings to help get horses comfortable and safe in competitive setting.

Shows hosted by Aspen Acres

Aspen Acres puts on a horse show for all our students once a year. All riders are welcome to compete in all the classes. Riders are responsible for cleaning the horse or pony and the equipment. There are a variety of classes for each rider ending off the day with games on horse back. It is always so nice to see all the riders coming together to help one another learn, jumping courses, dressage tests, western patterns and more. At the end of the day everyone is tired but no one goes home unhappy and without a ribbon.

Off Property Shows

Once students are ready, they are given the opportunity to show on our school horses. Appropriate shows and levels are discussed, to ensure riders are challenged and ready for the selected level of competition. Students with their own horses are also supported and coached. We work hard with our clients to ensure they are taught how to ride classes successfully and hopefully have a fun safe horse show. Shipping is available to and from the show.
